Local phone camera controller

Use this page on the laptop. Open the phone page on each phone using the same Wi‑Fi hotspot / local network, then press Start/Stop here.

Phone A

Status: idle

Open phone.php?device=cam1 on the first phone, then press “Preview” to mirror its camera here.

Phone B

Status: idle

Open phone.php?device=cam2 on the second phone, then press “Preview” to mirror its camera here.

How to use

  1. Start Apache from XAMPP.
  2. On each phone, open the phone page with the laptop's local IP address, for example http://192.168.43.1/camera_control/phone.php?device=cam1.
  3. Allow camera and microphone permission when prompted.
  4. Use the Start/Stop buttons above. The video is saved to the phone's download folder by the phone browser.
